清除浏览器缓存

这些在不同浏览器和操作系统中清除缓存的说明适用于所有UMW用户。 按照您使用的浏览器的步骤进行操作。 在排除任何网站的问题时，在再次访问该网站之前，请务必在清除缓存后完全退出浏览器。 

铬(计算机)

1. 单击浏览器右上角的三点菜单。

2. Select 设置 then 隐私和安全。 

3. 点击 on 清除浏览数据. Make sure that the 时间范围 is set to 所有的时间 in the dropdown menu. 

4. You can untick 密码和其他登录数据 to retain your saved passwords. 

5. 点击 明确数据。 

铬(移动)

1. 点击浏览器右上角的三点菜单。

2. Select 设置 then 隐私和安全。 

3. 利用 on 清除浏览数据。 Make sure that the 时间范围 is set to 所有的时间 in the dropdown menu. 

4. 利用 清晰的数据. 

边缘

1. 单击浏览器右上角的3个圆点。

2. 选择 设置。 

3. Select 隐私、搜索和服务 from the left-side menu. 

4. Under 清除浏览数据, click the 选择要清除的内容 button. 

5. 选择您想要清除的项目（例如：浏览历史记录、Cookies和保存网站日期、缓存数据和文件、下载历史记录和表单数据）。

6. 点击 明确了。 

Firefox(计算机)

1. 单击浏览器右上角的汉堡包菜单。

2. 点击 设置。 

3. 点击 隐私与安全 in the left menu bar. 

4. Under Cookies和网站数据, click 清晰的数据. 

5. 点击 清晰的。 

Firefox(移动)

1. 点击浏览器右下角的三点菜单。

2. 利用 设置。 

3. 向下滚动。 Under 隐私与安全, tap 删除浏览数据。 

4. In the 删除浏览数据 window, you can untick cookie和站点数据 to retain your passwords. 

5. 利用 删除浏览数据。 

Safari(计算机) 

1. 点击Safari菜单； 选择 偏好。 

2. Select the 隐私 tab then click the 管理网站数据 button. 

3. Either 选择 items to remove then click 删除 OR click 删除所有。 

4. 点击 完成了。 

Safari(移动)

1. From the home screen, tap 选择设置 then Safari。 

2. 利用 先进的 then 网站数据。
